It’s Coaching, Not Talk Therapy

In a coaching session, you’ll have a discussion with Miriam Diana and participate in empowering exercises.

What won’t happen: You won’t spend the whole time simply repeating your ruminations out loud. And Miriam Diana won’t try to drill “positive thinking” into your head.

Instead of focusing on problems, Miriam Diana keeps sessions — as well as your private at-home practices — focused on your DESIRES. They’re our North Star.

Detailed Intake Session

Before your first session, Miriam Diana will ask you what you want out of life — particularly, your love life. Be prepared to answer:

  • What in your past has brought you to this desire?

  • Once you get what you want… what then? How do you hope to feel?

  • If you don’t know what you want, do you know what you DON’T want?

Sessions: 1.5 Hours

Miriam Diana leads 1.5-hour coaching sessions for individuals. They come in packages with three different lengths: 3 sessions, 5 sessions, and 10 sessions.

Every session starts with celebrations. We’ll talk about what’s going RIGHT in your sex and love life, and use that as a jumping off point.

Because of the brain’s negativity bias, it’s important to pat yourself on the back when good things happen. This helps you show up to your love life in a bold and balanced way.

Packages: 3, 5, and 10 Sessions

Miriam Diana will tailor each package to your specific needs — what you yearn for, and what you don’t want to miss out on in life.

You may focus on one of the topics above: healing from breakups, stepping out into your dating life, and finding the best relationship structure for you. Or, you can design a more custom area of focus with Miriam Diana.

3-Session
Package

With three 1.5-hour sessions, we will clarify your desires.

  • We'll explore: What do *YOU* really want?

  • You'll walk away with a better understanding of what you actually desire.

  • You’ll also learn how you hope to feel once you fulfill that desire (it’s often not obvious).

5-Session
Package

With five 1.5-hour sessions, we’ll do a deep dive on why you’re not getting what you want.

  • You’ll befriend your different "parts" — including the ones that seem at war with each other.

  • You’ll walk away with the tools to not only understand but accept what you want — even if it's not what you "should" do.

  • We'll create a plan for how to get it.

10-Session
Package

With ten 1.5-hour sessions, we will go on a journey into your past to see what wounds, resentments, fears, and confusion are messing with your approach to dating, relationships, and sex.

  • We'll explore your childhood, as well as formative dating experiences. You can let it all out.

  • We'll get you going on actions that will fulfill your desires in a way that ALSO feels safe and authentic.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A plan for getting what you want, as well as actual experiences in dating and loving.

  • Tools to take care of yourself — to care for your tender heart, your adventurous spirit, and thought-filled mind!

  • More self-awareness.

  • A better ability to connect with others.

  • More confidence in yourself as a date, partner, and lover.
